Tina Burbine is a Principal at Nordic and is recognized as an industry leader passionate about combining value-based care, population health and digital health innovations to drive a unique approach to clinical innovation and the establishment of new care models. Over her career, Tina has focused on shaping the strategic approach for health systems unifying their care teams to better support their patients’ health, address rising risk and improve the health of those with chronic conditions through evidence-based, cost-effective care delivery. This includes establishing distinctive payer partner relationships, refining network management, improving provider relations, and technology enablement to support innovative community-specific care models. Tina holds an MBA, PMP, PgMP, and multiple industry certifications. Tina serves on the Arizona HIMSS Chapter Board and lectures at the University of Arizona’s BioMedical Informatics College Fellowship program.
Kawika Holbrook, Creative Director, Sterling Communications
Kawika has three decades of experience as an award-winning creative director, marketing executive, and journalist. At Sterling, he leads creative strategy, brand building, presentation design, and media training — with more than a little ghostwriting, too. Before joining Sterling, Kawika worked at Apple, addressing complex issues for the company’s most influential customers. He helped train Apple employees on sales techniques, product demos, customer service, and conflict resolution. Before that, he created internal marketing collateral for the Walt Disney Company, Oracle, Wells Fargo, and Starbucks among other Fortune 500 clients. Prior to the pandemic, Kawika was an Ironman triathlete. Now he mostly runs errands.
