How a Refreshed Website and Quality Video Reinforce a Company’s Reputation in the Broadcast Video Industry

Envivio, a company specializing in quality video processing, delivery, and specialization, helps service providers and content owners compete in a new world of video technology by broadcasting quality content to any device or network.

The Challenge

Envivio asked Sterling Communications to update its website with a fresh, vibrant look that reflected the same quality for which Envivio’s video processing and delivery are well-known in the industry. Envivio also needed a video to highlight the company’s new entry in cloud video delivery solutions, known as Envivio Nuage. The trick? Both needed to be conceived, created, and launched in less than 45 days. The video, much like the website, had to showcase excellent video quality through high resolution and clean yet artistic editing.

The Strategy

Sterling designed a website for Envivio utilizing the company’s bold color palette and a video background above the fold (after all, it’s a video delivery company!). Sterling also shot an interview with the Vice President of Products and Solutions Arnaud Perrier in Envivio’s headquarters in South San Francisco. The Envivio team drafted a thorough script with all the essential talking points about the new cloud solution, so nothing was missed while our team focused on filming.

The Results

The website, a beautifully bold and hyper-visual design, launched on time, showcasing numerous praises Envivio’s clients showered on the company through the years. Navigation was made straightforward, so visitors could more easily navigate the new cloud solution and various products, solutions, and services that Envivio offers its clientele. A cleanly designed newsroom accessible from the main navigational bar also encourages website visitors to see the coverage that Envivio has secured. Sterling also ensured that every page on the website would contribute back to generating sales leads, by attaching a call to action on the various pages.

The product overview video for Envivio’s Cloud SaaS solution featured our interview with the VP of Products and Solutions and cuts of footage from all over San Francisco. Sterling’s video production team also built floating graphic overlays on the views of the city to add style and production value to the overall video. On a personal note, the video also features 4K resolution time lapses of San Francisco’s landmarks, taken by Envivio’s CEO himself.
